During The Bobby Bones Show, our video producer Eddie decided to take/was asked to take (we are still debating how this segment came about) yellow jacket energy pills.
Instead of taking the recommended 2 pills or at most 3 in the 24-hour span, he took all 4 pills at once. **Do not try this at home!!!** Yellow Jackets are a type of energy pills containing ephedra and caffeine. Yellow Jacket pills contain 25 mg of ephedrine with 200 mg of caffeine. They are also promoted as diet pills.
Eddie started out the morning by taking the 4 pills around 7:00 AM CT.
Then throughout the morning, we received updates from Eddie and the current beat of his heart rate.
Just took 4 of these bad boys….on an empty stomach.
