TMSG: Young Girl Donates 15K Stuffed Animals For Charity

The last five years have been very busy for Julianna Gouthier of Shreveport, Louisiana. The 11-year-old has built a charity project that has resulted in 15,000 stuffed animals being donated to kids.

The project, called Bear Share, involves people donating stuffed animals and then getting those stuffed animals in the hands of police officers and other first responders.

Whenever the officers are dealing with kids in stressful situations, they’re able to give away a stuffed animal to calm them and make them feel safe and secure.

While giving away 15,000 toys has been a great milestone, Julianna isn’t slowing down. For her, it’s just the beginning — and she wants to continue to make a difference in the lives of kids who need it most.
