It’s been a long 2 years since we’ve heard from country music duo Maddie and Tae. After their label went under, the girls didn’t know what direction their career was headed, if anywhere. They kept up with their social media followers through Youtube videos and constant updating.All of their hard work and dedication ultimately paid off, at the beginning of April 2018 the duo signed with Mercury Nashville under Universal Music Group.
Maddie and Tae released their first single since the 2 year hiatus called “Friends Don’t” out today (April 27). The girls talked about their new music, new home at the label as well as performed an unreleased song on the Bobby Bones Show.
While their new single is a jam, they performed another song for us called “One Heart To Another” and now we’re just all kinds of excited for their next album.
