Forbes Predicts Bobby Bones Will Boost American Idol Ratings

Ahead of Bobby Bones’ debut as a mentor on American Idol, Forbes predicts the popular Country radio personality will boost the show’s ratings. The magazine credits Bones’ built-in audience, credibility with breaking artists, and relate-ability as just a few reasons for the prediction.

As part of what Forbes has dubbed, “the reboot’s smartest casting move,” Bones will work with the Top 24 contestants in episodes airing Sunday, April 8, and Sunday, April 15, on The ABC Television Network (8:00–10:00 p.m. EDT).
