In the caption-less shot, Carrie sits in the recording studio, arms folded, and offers fans a profile view of her face, which she’s kept hidden since she fell on steps at her home late last year. On New Year’s Eve, “The Champion” singer wrote to fans that doctors had put 40 to 50 stitches in her face and revealed she may “look a bit different.”
