Netflix just listed a new job opening for an “editorial analyst of original content” or in our terms, a professional binge-watcher. The responsibilities of the job include:
- Watch, research, rate, tag, annotate and write analysis for movie and TV content
- Quality assurance review of content metadata
- Timely and efficient completion of all projects

While we would all love to be a professional binge watcher and never leave our couch, there are some requirements you will have to meet first.Prospective candidates must be knowledgeable about TV and movies, be able to summarize what they’re watching, proficiency in Japanese, ability to remain objective among others.
