Well say goodbye to basically all human contact because Netflix has announced that it will spend more than $8 billion on around 700 original TV shows and movies this year.
CFO David Wells shared at a conference that the company’s strategy was to “continue to add content” because “it’s working, it’s driving growth.” The 700 or so would include 80 original movies or shows from outside the U.S.
So go ahead and get your ‘Netflix and Chill’ date nights ready to go for the huge roll out of great content this year!
