KFC, the popular fast food chain, released a video on Thursday (January 25th) of the first-ever female celebrity becoming the iconic role of Colonel Harland Sanders. One of our favorite country icons got the honor – Reba McEntire.
McEntire was approached for the role in December and now appears in the commercial for the fried chicken chain’s new Smoky Mountain BBQ flavor. In the commercial, McEntire plays up the role of Colonel Sanders in a whit sequined suit, gray wig and mustache.
The TV ad starts on January 28th, but thankfully you can catch it already via YouTube below.
