Universal Pictures – 2016(LOS ANGELES) — Right out of the gate, the coming attraction for the eighth Fast and the Furious movie has crossed the finish line as one of biggest debuts of all time.

The full trailer for Universal’s The Fate of the Furious made its debut Sunday, quickly ramping up 139 million views in a single day, Deadline notes.

At the 24-hour checkered flag, Furious beat out the previous record holder, Disney’s live action Beauty and the Beast, which recently logged 127.6M first-day views.

The movie, which stars Vin Diesel, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Helen Mirren, and Charlize Theron, among others, had the benefit of airing before the much-watched New York Giants-Dallas Cowboys Sunday Night Football game, which itself scored with 26.7 million viewers.

The Fate of the Furious opens April 14.
