The clip opens with the voice of Anthony Hopkins revealing that humans and the Autobots are at war, amid scenes of destruction. It’s further revealed that Optimus Prime, the Autobots’ wise and peaceful leader, has left them.
Mark Wahlberg, who helped the Autobots in the last installment, is now seen leading the fight against the villain Megatron.
The film, directed by Michael Bey and co-starring John Goodman, Stanley Tucci and Josh Duhamel, is slated for a 2017 release.
