Kevin Winter/BET(NEW YORK) — NBC has released a teaser for Dave Chappelle’s upcoming appearance on Saturday Night Live.
In the 15-second video, which is titled “Dave Chappelle Has Arrived,” the comedian is seen strolling through Rockefeller Center and the SNL set in slow motion as a live version of A Tribe Called Quest’s song “Can I Kick It” plays. The comedian never shows his face, but viewers can see his dramatic walk to the SNL stage.
As previously reported, this will be Chappelle’s first return to television since leaving his hit Comedy series Chappelle Show in 2006. A Tribe Called Quest will accompany the comedian as the show’s musical guest for the night.
SNL featuring Dave Chappelle airs Saturday, November 12 at 11:35 p.m. on NBC.
