My Top 5 Moments of the 50th CMA Awards

Ok, first off last night was absolutely amazing and I will not be deleting this show off my DVR anytime soon that is for sure. So much happened last night from the first minute to the last I couldn’t get enough, and as difficult as it is here are my Top 5 Moments from the 50th CMA Awards.

1. Dolly Parton- Accepting the Willie Nelson Lifetime Achievement Award after the amazing dedication from some of country’s best ladies. My favorite quote from Dolly last night:

  • “I would have cried but I didn’t want to ruin my eyelashes.”

2. The first 10 minutes of the show- OMG! The CMA’s could have ended there and I would have been a happy camper

3. Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood- Amazing performance!

4. Brothers Osborne receiving Vocal Duo of the Year

5. Dixie Chicks & Beyonce’s performance….when they zoomed in on Matthew McConaughey and he was jamming out while channeling “Wolf On Wall Street” (the chest beats)
