Bindi Liebowitz on “The Voice”; Tyler Golden/NBC(LOS ANGELES) — The battle rounds wrapped up on The Voice Tuesday night, with Blake Shelton using his second and last steal in the final moments.

Blake and fellow coaches Adam Levine, Miley Cyrus and Alicia Keys now have eight artists each on their teams.

We saw three of this season’s advisers — Sammy Hagar, with Team Adam; Bette Midler, with Team Blake; and Charlie Puth, with Team Alicia — help out the contestants during rehearsals.

Team Miley was already set and was not featured Tuesday night.

The one-hour episode began with a Team Blake battle between Austin Allsup and Preston James. Adviser Bette Midler instructed them not to be afraid and have fun with their performance of the Creedence Clearwater Revival classic “Bad Moon Rising.”

After watching the two artists perform, Adam said Austin was great right off the bat, while Preston showed talent at a young age — 16. Blake added that Preston is on the “fast track.” However, he named Austin the winner, citing his experience. Preston was eliminated.

Team Alicia’s Gabriel Violett went up against not one, but two singers: sister act Shannon and Whitney. Adviser Charlie Puth taught them how to reach the high notes on their rendition of “More than Words” by Extreme.

Miley said she was rendered speechless by what she saw from these artists on The Voice stage. She learned towards Shannon and Whitney because she was “infatuated” with the duo. Alicia said Gabriel was unafraid to soar with his vocals, and that the sisters emanate love and show the world what music can look and sound like. Alicia kept Shannon and Whitney on her team. Gabriel was sent home.

For the final battle of the season, Team Adam’s Bindi Liebowitz and Brendan Fletcher were paired up forMarc Broussard’s “Home.”

After the two artists belted out the song in front of the coaches, Adam described Bindi’s vocals as middle register, similar to Rihanna. He said Brendan has an “otherworldly” and “thunderous” approach to performing. Adam picked Brendan as the winner. Not surprisingly, Blake — who still had a steal to use — added Bindi to his team.

The Knockout Rounds begin Monday night on NBC, with husband-and-wife country superstars Tim McGrawand Faith Hill serving as advisers.
