ABC – Randy Holmes(NEW YORK) — Lines will probably be long, but well worth the wait — Bill Murray will be bartending at his son’s new restaurant this weekend in Brooklyn, New York.
Homer Murray spoke to Eater NY, and joked about his father’s place behind the bar.
About his father serving drinks, Murray said, “We want people to come and have fun. People can walk in. Just be nice. What my dad lacks in experience, he makes up for in tequila.”
The restaurant, called 21 Greenpoint, is owned by Homer Murray and Syd Silver, and is taking over the space of the duo’s previous venture, River Styx.
“We made it prettier, renovated the dining room, added a new bar, and updated the kitchen,” Murray added.
The address is 21 Greenpoint Avenue, Brooklyn, New York.
