Blue Chair/SonyKenny Chesney is chilling out at his place in the Virgin Islands this week after closing out his 2015 Big Revival tour over the weekend in New England. Kenny and his co-headliner, Jason Aldean, performed for more than 120,000 fans over two shows at the home of the New England Patriots, Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts.

Kenny says of the trek, “There was so many unbelievable moments, so many great moments. So many moment’s we’ll never forget. All the faces. Everything.”

Looking back on the closing weekend, Kenny still can’t believe Patriots owners Robert and Jonathan Kraft brought out four Super Bowl trophies onto the stage as he sang “The Boys of Fall.”

“It was so unbelievable,” Kenny says of the surprise. “It was just an amazing way to end the 2015 tour.”

Kenny looks forward to taking some much-needed time off after months of heavy touring.

He adds, “My feet in the sand down here with these waves crashing over my ankles feels really, really good. That’s it. Thanks for loving the music.”
