Bill Cosby Might Face Another Deposition

Peter Kramer/NBC(NEW YORK) — Bill Cosby might have to face another deposition, following a legal victory for Judy Huth, who’s suing the comedian for allegedly sexually assaulting her at the Playboy Mansion when she just 15.

Cosby’s legal team went to the California Supreme Court to have the case dismissed, but the court refused. That means the comedian might have to answer questions under oath in a new deposition.

Huth’s lawyer says she wants to make that happen within the next 30 days. Cosby has claimed Huth was trying to extort him; she’s one of dozens of women he denies sexually assaulting.

Last weekend, ABC News obtained a deposition in a 2005 court case in which it was revealed, among other things, that Cosby reimbursed his talent agency after it paid $5,000 to one of his mistresses in order to keep the affair a secret from his wife.
