Timothy White/E!(LOS ANGELES) — Kim Kardashian West is expecting her second child, a boy.
And no, she’s not going to name him South.
“I’ve been asked hundreds of times and I think it’s the stupidest question,” she told Shaquille O’Neal during an interview for his podcast. “Why add another direction? We’re good. North is the best and I don’t want to try to duplicate that with a lower direction.”
Kardashian West, 34, and her rapper husband Kanye West, 38, announced in May that their second child is due later this year. Their relationship has been life-changing for the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star, she said.
“He is a very private person. I’m a very open person, and he taught me boundaries which has been really good,” she told the former NBA star. “He brought a little sanity to me, and I’ve learned how to really enjoy [my lifestyle] but also take off and enjoy family life and private time as well.”
