Brad Pitt & Angelina Jolie Visit Prince William & Kate Middleton

Eamonn McCormack/WireImage(LONDON) — Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie Pitt shared a tea with the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Prince William and Kate Middleton, a spokesperson for London’s Kensington Palace tells People magazine.

The Hollywood couple visited the royal couple Friday afternoon and discussed their shared interest in “illegal wildlife trade,” notes the spokesperson.

Jolie Pitt, 40, who serves as a special envoy of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, was in London with Pitt, 51, and their children, for a luncheon at the Foreign & Commonwealth Office, according to the magazine.

None of the Pitt-Jolie kids, nor William and Kate’s son, Prince George, were at the royal tea.

This wasn’t Angelina’s first brush with British royalty. Just over a year ago she was made an honorary dame by William’s grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II. The official title, Dame Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of St. Michael and St. George, was awarded for the actress’s extensive service to U.K. foreign policy.
