ABC/Lou Rocco(LOS ANGELES) — It has been more than 15 years since Cruel Intentions debuted in 1999, but the story is back in a new musical. And the cast of the movie came out Thursday night to celebrate the cult classic’s taking the stage in Los Angeles.
Sarah Michelle Gellar, Selma Blair and Reese Witherspoon all came out to support the premiere and had a blast reminiscing about their hit movie.
“Oh it’s happening!!! #CruelIntentions …..the later years. @reesewitherspoon @therealselmablair #CruelIntentions,” Gellar posted on Instagram Thursday, coupled with a picture of the three actresses.
Witherspoon posted the same photo with her own caption: “Best girls night of the year!!! #cruelintentions.”
They even posted selfies inside the theater and posed with some of the cast.
