ABC/Craig Sjodin(NEW YORK) — After a tease or two on social media of what Jared Leto will look like as the Joker in the upcoming movie Suicide Squad, photos of the actor in costume on the Toronto set of the film are making the rounds online.
They show Leto with green hair, red lips, a red shirt, and a silver jacket and tie, with a visible tattoo on his hand. Leto is seen with co-star Margot Robbie, who plays the Joker’s love interest, Harley Quinn.
Fan-shot footage of the two stars in action was posted on YouTube over the weekend, but it has since been pulled.
In Suicide Squad, opening August 5, 2016, a number of DC’s signature supervillains are brought together for a secret government operation. It will also star Will Smith, Jai Courtney and Viola Davis.
