See Zoe Saldana Work Out With Her Twin Boys

The 36-year-old actress posted a photo of one of the boys to Instagram on Wednesday, writing: “God bless the child that’s got his own, That’s got his own ~ Billie Holiday #motherhood #lovethesekids”

While Saldana is enjoying the twins, she’s still adjusting to the demands of motherhood and struggling to get back in shape.

In a candid Facebook post, Saldana shared how she beat herself up after falling off the wagon of her healthy diet recently.

“[Tuesday] we took our friend out for sushi and I swear I ate everything AND the kitchen sink. Right before I started my typical routine of self-loathing Marco looked at me and said ‘Z, it’s ok. Start again tomorrow,'” she wrote about her husband Marco Perego. “I loved him for that, he reminded me there always tomorrow to make right what you have undone today.”

She added, “I’m also reminded that this is for life and not a temporary fix. So why am I going to add more stress to my life by putting a deadline on my healthy lifestyle.”

Along with the post, Saldana shared a cute video of her working out while the twins watched.

“The boys are 5 months and they are teething. We are getting creative every day on finding ways to keep them entertained (mothers, we are open for suggestions) so that we can get some work done,” she wrote.

“Being that I workout (and work) out of the house I’m thinking why not make them a apart of some of the things I am doing? Especially exercising,” she continued. “It may seem distracting but at the end of the day how else are we going to get things done? Plus, babies find us just as amusing as we find them, Thank God for that.”

Earlier this month on Facebook, Saldana posted a picture of her on a treadmill, while opening up about her struggle to get back to her pre-pregnancy shape.

“Bouncing back feels impossible, but I know it is important as a woman, and now a mommy, to not give up. I am determined to get my energy back and find balance for my body before these little guys start walking, and before I go back to work….. my clock is ticking!” she wrote.

“I’m not gonna lie- it is slow…. painful… and frustrating. But it is worth it,” Zaldana added. “I know many of you have gone through this or are going through it as we speak. Let’s do it together. Let’s talk about it, hear each other out, and seek advice when we need it.”

Her latest advice to fans: “Don’t make this a comeback. Make it for life.”
