(NEW YORK) — It was supposed to first air on Monday in IMAX theaters, but the first Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice trailer hit the Internet on Thursday night and fan were quick to react.
There was definite excitement, especially with the new Star Wars trailer hitting the same day.
The video wasn’t officially posted by Warner Brothers — so NO details here — but here’s the range of emotions fans had from seeing Ben Affleck in the new Batsuit.
One fan wrote: “The Batman V. Superman trailer looks amazing.”
Some people hadn’t had time to see it yet!
The full Batman V. Superman trailer leaked online but I was too busy writing JJ Abrams a thank you note.

Fans were thanking God.
Wanted to thank God for allowing me to see the Batman v. Superman trailer before it was taken down. @ZackSnyder, I’ll still be there Monday.

Some people were spoiled by the new Star Wars trailer.
I’m not throughly impressed with the Batman v Superman leaked trailer, then again it’s hard to compete with that Force Awakens trailer

Then, others were just confused.
I still don’t really get why Batman and Superman are mad at each other. And that trailer does nothing to help my confusion. #BatmanvSuperman

Granted, I’m complaining about a teaser trailer. I’ll reserve judgement until the final product is released #BatmanvSuperman
