Report: Kourtney Kardashian's Partner, Scott Disick, Enters Rehab Again

David Becker/Getty Images(NEW YORK) — Kourtney Kardashian’s longtime partner, Scott Disick, has reportedly entered rehab for a second time in his ongoing struggle with alcohol.

In statement obtained by TMZ, Disick, 31, says he has checked into the Rythmia Life Advancement Center in Costa Rica, explaining, “I realize my issues are bigger than me and I’m ready to truly remedy this struggle I continue to battle.”

The decision to enter rehab follows what the gossip website describes as a “tequila-fueled” weekend in Atlantic City.

In a profanity-laced video obtained by TMZ, Disick is seen ranting onstage. He reportedly partied until 8 a.m., when he was seen stumbling in the hotel lobby without shoes.

Disick tells TMZ he’s doing Iboga treatment, which involves roots from a small African tree that supposedly helps people battle addiction.

The Rythmia Life Advancement Center is located on a private estate, which, according to TMZ, offers a “luxurious world-class experience,” including a five-star restaurant, full-service spa with mud bath, and fitness center.

This is Disick’s second rehab stint. He entered a facility in Connecticut back in November, but cut his stay short. His attempt at sobriety was documented on Kourtney & Khloé Take The Hamptons.

Disick and Kardashian welcomed their third child, a boy, in December.  The couple also has a 5-year-old son and a two-year-old daughter.
