“Cinderella” Dominates Box Office

Disney(NEW YORK) — Lily James and her character’s infamous glass slipper topped the box office this weekend, as newly-released Cinderella claimed the top spot.

Cinderella, starring James and Richard Madden, grabbed just over $70 million, while the other major film that opened this weekend, Run All Night, came in second at $11.01 million.

Chappie, which opened last week at number one, fell to fifth place.
